Sending your toy to us for restoration
Please follow these instructions:
Pack securely with bubble wrap.
Ship with your carrier and insure.
Enclose a description and restoration that you want performed.
Include your address, phone number, and email address.
Indicate the return shipping insurance amount you want.
Once we receive your toy we will send you a statement that lists the work to be done with a total price for the restoration and shipping costs. (We ship UPS)
We will include a self-addressed return envelope for payment.
In some cases it may be possible to give an estimate without sending the toy.
